Baked Channa Dal | Healthy Recipe | Haldiram's style


Mostly of us like to munch fried snacks for evening tea/coffee but its not advisable to eat daily so decided to bake Make it and enjoy with tea.

Ingredients:

  • Channa dal-1 cup
  • Olive oil-2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala-1\4 tsp



Method:

1.Wash channa dal and soak in water for 2 hours.Drain the water,spread in cloth and allow it dry well.

2.In bowl add oil,salt,chat masala and red chilly powder,mix.then add the dal mix well.

3.Spread in a foiled baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven fro 10-12 mins at 200 deg C.

4.It may be soft when out from the oven  but on cooling it will be crispy.




Try this baked version and stay healthy.
