Vanilla Cup Cakes with Butter Frosting | Easy Baking | For Celebrations

vanilla cupcake/muffins

Yesterday we all celebrated our Independence day,we respect all people who sacrificed their lives to get this.

This cake is to celebrate two things one of course our independence and another my blog anniversary. To say the truth i was thinking i started my blog in august 2012 (what a bad memory i have) but when i checked it ,it was in July2012 and already one year passed.Nothing is late, made a simple cake for this celebration, added my page crossed 100 fans too.No celebration is without sweet,so let us enjoy. Thanks to all friends, well wishers, followers and each and every one from the bottom of my heart.

Now to the recipe it very simple cake,as i have made more eggless version in baking i used an egg here.

3.Slowly add the flour mix to it and mix well it in corporates well, add milk side by to get the correct dropping consistency.

4.Add the vanilla essence and mix well.Transfer it to lined muffin pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins at 180 deg C or till a knife inserted comes out clear.

5.Cool it and decorate it.
