Eggless Chocolate Brownies

As I have said earlier I love to bake than to cook but I am just a beginner in baking, as seen in many blog people say that they carve for brownies, so I decided to bake one. Earlier I have posted No bake biscuit brownies, now  decided to bake one brownies. Got the recipe from here made slight changes.Do try it  and enjoy this chocolaty, chewy ,yummy brownies.

Ingredients:

  • Flour- 1 cup
  • Oats- 1\4 cup
  • Cocoa powder- 1\2 cup
  • Powdered sugar- 3\4 cup
  • Baking soda- 1.tsp
  • Vegetable oil/butter- 1\3 cup(I used oil)
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • White vinegar- 1 tsp.
  • Instant coffee powder- 1\2 tsp.( I used nescafe)
  • Vanilla essence- 1\2 tsp
  • Walnuts or any nuts

 Method:

1.Pre heat the oven at 180 C/350F.

2.Mix milk at room temperature with vinegar and set aside to curdle. This is a  great substitute for buttermilk.

3.Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, instant coffee powder.Add powdered sugar to it and mix well.

4.Mix oil and vanilla to the milk+vinegar  mix.

5.Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold well.

6.Pour it to a greased square baking pan.Add nuts of your choice on the top.

7.Bake it for 25-30 mins or till a tooth pick inserted comes out clear.Mine got done in 25mins.

8.Allow it to cool well, cut it and enjoy.

For all girls mom must be the first person who she admires the most,i too the same but I am very unlucky in it just a year after my marriage we lost her.It had been more then 10years,still she lives in our minds& soul.Love u MOM always.

Note:

1.You can add any nuts,I have added some walnut and pine nuts.

2.You can add choc chips, chocolate chunks or anything u prefer to add.

3.You can replace milk+vinegar with buttermilk.
