Eggless Banana Muffins

For a long time i was longing to make banana breads, after i bought my OTG too i couldn't find time for it to make.I like banana very much but its very difficult to make my children eat them, after making this my daughter was curious to eat not knowing banana was added in it,but on tasting it recognised whether you have added banana  and refused to eat, anyhow my son ate that was little consoling for me:) .Coming to the recipe this is quite easy to make even a beginner like me can make it easily.I added wheat flour too in it to make it little bit healthy.

  • Sugar- 3\4 cup
  • yohurt-1\4 cup
  • Vannila essence- 1 tsp
  • chocochips to sprinkle(optional)

Method:

1.Mash the banana well in a blender or with a spatula.Pre heat your oven.

2.Sieve both flours with baking soda & baking powder.

3.In a large bowl mix oil with sugar well,to it add the mashed banana & yohurt and mix.

4.Slowly add the flour mix to it mix well ,it it becomes hard add little milk to it.

5.Finally add the essence and give a quick stir.

6.Pour the batter in to the greased muffin pans and sprinkle some choco chips to it.
