Beef kothu parotta

I think many like parotta for dinner,my daughter like kothu parotta very much,whenever we buy parotta she use to ask me to make  it.I don't know to do parotta,but have seen in co-blogs about it must try one it.This is very easy to make try it.

My husband is a greater cook than me,he makes us variety dishes when in vacation,my daughter like his cooking more than  mine.


Ingredients:

Prep.Time-15min, cook time-15min

  • Beef- 1\2 kg
  • Parotta- 6
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1
  • Green chillies-2
  • Mixed veg-1\2  or 1 cup(Cabbage,beans,green peas)
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • T.Powder- 1\2 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1 tsp
  • pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Egg-1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro/coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

1.Cut beef into small pieces,clean and pressure cook it for 2r 3 whistle.

2.Cut parotta into pieces.cut onion,tomato,green chillies and keep all ready.

3.Heat oil in a big pan,saute onion,green chilli and then add ginger garlic paste.

4.After the raw smell goes add mixed veggies and saute for some time,then add cooked beef to it and saute  again.

5.Then add all your masala ,salt and mix well,add parottos to it and mix well,mixing is important in it.

6.Lastly add the egg and mix well for 2 to 3 mins.

7.Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.



Note:

1.Instead of beef u can use chicken or mutton,If  using chicken be careful keeping in cooker as it get cooked very fast.

2.If you are a veggie avoid any meat and add some more veggies.

3.You can use frozen parotta or home made or one got fresh from hotel.
