Cauliflower/Gobi fry


As the monsoon has started in chennai we all like to have something hot always.This fry i made yesterday and it was finished in a minute,nothing left for me.Try it and enjoy.


Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower
2.Besan flour(kadalai maavoo)-2 tsp
3.Corn flour-2 tsp
4.Rice flour- 2 tsp
5.Maida- 1\2 tsp
6.Red chilli powder-1 or 2 tsp(acc. to ur spice level)
7.Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
8.Kesari colour/Red food colour- a pinch
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil to fry
11.Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
12.Cilantro-to garnish


Method:

1.Boil the cauliflower florets in water along with salt& turmeric powder for 10 min.

2.Drain the water & keep the florets.

3.In a big mixing bowl add all flours,maida,ginger garlic paste,salt,colour and add the cooked cauliflower in to it and mix well with ur hands.

4.Heat oil in a kadai,add the florets into it cook well,drain on tissue.Garnish with coriander leaves.

5.Enjoy hot fry with ur tea/coffee.
