Capsicum clear soup

 
 
 
Soup act as appetiser,mostly we order soups only first when go out for dinner.I browse & got it.I have many changes yet it came out well.Try it.
 



Ingredients:

1.Capsicum-1
2.Onion-1
3.Garlic pods-2 r 3
4.oil( i used olive oil)
5.salt
6.Chicken or vegetable stock(Maggi stock)-1 piece
7.coriander/cilantro- to garnish
8.Corn flour-1\ tbsp


Method:

1.Cut capsicum  and onion into small pieces.

2.Heat oil in a pan,add capsicum& garlic pods,saute well for 2 to 3 min & switch off.

3.Cool  and grind it,u may sieve it to remove seeds but i didn't .

4.Heat oil in the same pan,add onion saute well till it become translucent,then add ur ground puree,chicken stock 2 cup water and mix well,add salt if needed as stock may have salt.

5.Mix cornflour in water & add to it.

6.Cook it the soup reaches a little thick consistency.

We had it before our dinner,it was sooo good.Try.
