Mixed vegetable kurumaa( without coconut)


This kuruma i often make for aapam,its a super combination with that.We can also use it for chappathi.Its very easy to make.

Ingredients

1.Veggies-1 cups(carrot,beans,potato) ,u can also use cauliflower.
2.KodaiKadalai/Chick peas/white Channa-1 cup( can u other variety too)
3.onion-3
4.tomato-2
5.ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
6.chilli powder-1 1\2 tsp
7.coriander pwdr- 2 tsp
8.turmeric pwdr- 1 tsp
9.garam masala-1 tsp
10.oil-2 tsp
11.salt to taste
12.coriander leaf to garnish

Method:

1.soak white channa overnight.

2.cut all vegetables.
3.Heat oil in cooker,add onion & saute little,add ginger garlic paste,saute.Then add soaked channa,vegetables and mix well.
4.Then add all powders ,salt& mix,followed by tomato and give a thorough mixing.
5.Add about 3 cup water &cook for 4 r 5 whistle.
6.Garnish with coriander leaf & serve.
